This article will show you how to access Form Submissions. Before we begin, it’s important to understand the different types of forms available in your Hive, which can be broken down into 2 different types: Basic Contact Forms and Custom Forms.
Basic Contact forms are pre-built and can be added to any web page directly through the web builder.
Custom Forms are forms that allow you to enable additional settings and custom fields. These consist of 3 sub-types: Generic, Lead Intake, and User. Click HEREto learn more about custom forms.
To access Custom Form Submissions, go to People (CRM) >> Manage Forms.
Next, select the Form you want to see the submissions for >> then you can select which submission you’d like to view from the list.
You can also view custom form submissions on an individual basis by going to People( CRM) >> View Everyone >> search for the user>> then click on the Forms tab from their profile.
Basic contact form submissions can be viewed similarly, but instead of opening up the Forms tab from a user profile, you’ll open up the Notes tab instead. Please note that all basic contact form submissions are saved as notes, which will be marked as Submitted Form.
