Batch Lead Status Update


This article will show you how to navigate the user selection tools in People (CRM)>> View Everyone to bulk/batch update the Lead Status for specific groups of users at once. 

  1. To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone


  1. To select the users you’d like to update, click Filters, then make your selections from the available filtering options and run the search. 


  1. After you have run your search, you’ll have 4 user selection options to select which users from your search you’d like to text. 

The first option is to select the users individually, which you can do by simply checking the box next to their name.


The second option is to select all users on a page, which you can do by checking the box next to the Name column at the top of the list. 


The third and last option is to select all users from the search, which you can do by clicking on the number next to Users Found


  1. Once you have made your user selections, click on the Lead icon from the tool menu and select Continue to proceed. 


  1. On the next page, you’ll first be provided with the snapshot of the users selected from Step 2 whose lead status you’ll be updating. In this example, it shows that we selected users who aren’t currently set as a lead. 


  1. The next option is to update the lead status, which can be set No ChangeSet as a Lead, and Set as NOT a Lead


  1. The last option is to select the lead follow up date. You can select No Change (the existing follow up date, if any, will not be updated), Set to Specific Date, or Change existing date by amount (ex: current date is 3/27/23, but you want to schedule a follow up 7 days later). 


  1. Once you’ve made your selections, click GO to complete the process. Any changes you made will automatically be added to the applicable users.
