This article will show you how to access and review the Batch Operations history in your Hive. Batch Operations refer to the ability to process multiple records or actions at once instead of handling them one by one, such as bulk updating your class schedule, creating recurring classes on your class schedule, bulk tagging users, etc.
- To access your Batch Operations history, log into your admin dashboard and navigate to Settings >> Batch Operations.

- You'll then provided with the history of all batch operations that have been performed through your Hive as far back as March of 2023, which is when this specific feature was launched.

The information on this page is broken down into the following columns:
- Description: provides a brief description of the batch operation performed, which are:
- Batch Lead Status Change
- Create Recurring Schedule Class Time
- Schedule Bulk Update
- Type: provides the type of batch operation performed. Currently, the type will more or less match with the descriptions, but will be used as general categorizations as the batch operations history is expanded. The current types are:

- schedule_event_bulk_update (Schedule Bulk Update)

- # Affected: provides a count of the total number of records affected/processed
- Created: date the batch operation was created/performed
- If you click on an individual result from the batch operations list, you'll be provided with the full details of everything executed within it.

The additional info provided in the individual batch operation details are: - Criteria/Operation Details: displays the criteria that was applied when the batch operation was executed
- Result Details: displays a summary of the batch operation results
- Reference URL: links to the area/section of your Hive that the bulk operation was executed from
- Batch Operation Results: displays a complete list of each individual record that was executed from class schedule batch operations, such as Create Recurring and Class Schedule Bulk Update (currently excludes bulk lead status records). Please note that this will only be available for 14 days from the time the operation was performed, after which the results will be archived.
The individual results in the Batch Operation Results list will provide additional details (when available), which you can access by clicking on the desired result. When clicked, each result will also be linked to the individual class that the the edit(s) were applied to during the batch operation.
