This article will show you How to Copy a Date Range from your Class Schedule. This gives you the option to copy all classes within a selected date range and add them to your schedule.
To begin, go to Schedule >> Schedule Classes. As previously mentioned, you’ll then be provided with a snapshot of your class schedule. From here, you’ll select Copy Range in the upper left corner of the page.
The next page is where you’ll select what date range you’d like to copy and where you’d like to add it to. By default, the copy start and end dates will be the last full week of your schedule, but you can select a custom range up to 31 days as needed.
Once you have selected the date range you’d like to copy, you’ll select the new start date you’d like to add it to in the Where to Copy section. Please note that when copying a date range you should always add it to a blank section of your schedule. If you add a copied date range to a section of your schedule that already has classes it will create duplicates. For example, if you’re copying 4/4-4/10 and adding it to start on 4/11, you’ll want to make sure that 4/11-4/17 doesn’t have any existing classes.
After you have selected the date range you’re copying from and adding to, check the I confirm the above date range to copy box, then select Execute Copy. The classes that were copied will then be added to the selected dates in your class schedule.
We hope this helps, but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any additional questions you may have.
