Once you’ve enabled the Display Signed Membership Contracts setting, your users/members can view them by logging into their online account and clicking on Signed Contracts.
From there, they’ll simply click on the applicable membership contract to view its details. They’ll also have the ability to print a signed membership contract from its details page.
Membership Contract Automations
There are two automated emails available in your Hive that, if enabled, will be triggered once a membership contract has been signed. The first is the Membership Contract Signed Admin Notification, which will send an email to the admin notification with the details of the membership contract that was signed.
The second automation is the Membership Contract Signed User Notification, which will send a similar email to the user/member who signed the contract.
To access these automations, go to Communicate >> Automate Emails/Texts >> and they’re located under the Membership section.
