This article will show you how to bulk delete users from your Hive. Please note that only admins with access to this tool will be able to perform this action, which you can manage through the User Roles settings in your Hive.
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone.
To select the users you’d like to delete, you can search for them by name, or select Filters >> make your selections from the available filtering options >> then run the search.
After you have run your search, you’ll have 4 user selection options to select which users from your search you’d like to delete.
The first option is to select the users individually, which you can do by simply checking the box next to their name.
The second option is to select all users on a page, which you can do by checking the box next to the Name column at the top of the list.
The third and last option is to select all users from the search, which you can do by clicking on the number next to UsersFound.
Once you have made your user selections, click the Delete icon from the menu at the top of the page and confirm the amount of users selected to proceed.
To prevent any accidental user deletions, you must verify that you wish to proceed by clicking on Send Code. A verification code will then be sent to the email address set as your Hive Notification Email, which you’ll copy and paste into the Enter the verification code field, then click Verify to proceed.
You’ll then be prompted to confirm one last time that you’d like to proceed with the deletion, which you’ll do by checking the boxes for Don’t just archive these users, DELETE these users and I understand and confirm the details above. We understand that this may come off as overkill but once a user has been deleted they can not be restored, so it’s important to be absolutely sure you want to proceed. Click Delete these users to complete the process.
Once the deletion has been performed, a confirmation email will be sent to your Hive notification email with its details. You’ll also receive a notification directly in your Hive, which you can access by clicking on the Notification bell.
