How to Export Custom Form Submissions
This article will show you How to Export Custom Form Submissions from your Hive. If you’re unfamiliar with custom forms please feel free to check out the How to Create a Custom Form support article.
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> Manage Forms >> then you’ll be provided with a master list of all the custom forms that have been created in your Hive.
Next, click on the name of the form (under the Form column) you’d like to export its submissions from, after which you’ll be provided with a complete list of submissions. You also have the option to filter submissions within a specific time frame with the Submitted between fields. This is handy to look for submissions from a single form that has been used for multiple web pages/campaigns.
To start the export, click on the Export button to the top right of the page. The next page will show you any filter type (if applicable) applied to submissions being exported. If you need to make any changes to your filter before exporting, click Change, then make the changes as needed.
Once you’re ready and back to the Export page, click Run export to complete the process. Once the export has been completed, you will then have the option to download it as needed.
We hope this helps, but as always please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any questions you may have.
