This article will show you how to navigate a user’s profile in your Hive, which is a quick way to view information, such as their account details, class history, memberships, and more for a specific user.
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> then search for and select the user whose profile you wish to review.
By default, the Details tab will be the first one displayed. This is where their contact and payment information, tags, medical history, waivers, and more can be viewed and edited.
The Notes tab will show all notes associated with the user, including submissions from basic contact forms (does not include custom form submissions). You can also submit new notes, or edit existing ones from this tab.
The Files tab will show you all documents uploaded to the user’s profile, such as copies of signed waivers/disclaimers from you may have collected outside of FitHive.
The Memberships tab will provide you with their membership history. By default, you’ll be shown their current active membership(s), but as you’ll notice there are subtabs for Past (past memberships) and Pass Uses (pass history for pass-based memberships).
The Payments tab will show you all payments, including membership and POS, that have been processed in your Hive for the selected user. You’ll also have the ability to process Manual Membership Payments, submit a POS Order, and process a Misc Manual Payment from this tab.
The Forms tab will show you all custom form submissions from the selected user. To view the information that was submitted, simply click on the date it was submitted.
The Drips tab will show you the history of all drip campaigns the user has been added to, as well as their position in it. As an admin, you have the ability to reset their position in a drip from this tab.
The Classes tab will show you the user’s class history. By default, you’ll be shown the upcoming classes they have registered for within the next 7days, as well as any active waitlist they’re on. If you want to view their full class history, click See Full Class History.
The Appointments tab will show the user’s appointment history. Click on the status type in Status column to view additional details for an appointment, or update its status.
The Records tab will provide you with info for Maxes/PR’s, Measurements, Progress Photos, Programs, Checkins, and Macro Logs. Below are brief explanations of each Records subtab.
Maxes/PRs: user history of the max lifts you set up in your Hive. You can view, edit, or add new maxes from here.
Measurements: user history of the measurements you set up in your Hive, such as weight, body fat %, waist circumference, etc. You can view, edit, and add new measurements from here.
Progress Photos: history of all progress photos that have been submitted to the user. You can also upload new progress photos from this subtab.
Programs: this will show you any program the user has been enrolled in, as well as their position in it. You can also view the program details by clicking on the name, view the user’s exercise history, or edit their start date from here.
Checkins: this will show the client checkin history for the user. Please note that client checkins are not associated with attendance, but are essentially forms you can automatically send to users to have them fill out and submit as way of having them “check in” with you. Checkins must be set up and added to the user, which you learn how to do HERE.
Macro Logs: this will show the history of all macro logs recorded for the user. Macro logs must be enabled before your users have access to it, which you can learn how to set up HERE.
