How to Set Up Exercise Categories

This article will show you
How to Create Exercise Categories in your Hive. Categorizing exercises is completely optional, but is a great way to keep them organized, as well as easier to search/filter by when browsing your exercise library or adding them to programs.

  1. To begin, go to Settings >> scroll down to the Fitness section and select Exercise Categories from the Programs subsection >> then select Add Exercise Category

  1. Next, simply add the desired name of the category you’d like to set up, such as Strength, Olympic Lift, Back, Chest, Upper Body, etc. How you categorize your exercises are completely up to you!

  1. After you’ve added the category name click Save to complete the process.

We hope this helps, but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any additional questions you may have.
