How to Upload Files to a User Profile
This article will show you how to upload files to a user profile in your Hive. Before we begin, please note that any file uploaded to a user’s profile is only accessible to admins (the user themself will not have direct access to it through their profile).
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> then search for and select the user whose profile you want to add the file to.
From their profile, click on the Files tab. You will then be provided with a list of all files that have been added to the user’s profile.
To add a file, simply click on Add File >> Choose File >> then select the file you’d like to add from your device.
As you can see above, you also have the option to name the file, as well as add any additional notes to it as desired.
Once you have finished adding the file and its details, click Upload/Save to complete the process.
Once the file has been uploaded, it will be accessible to all admins. Please note that due to varying file sizes, admins must download the file in order to view it. Additionally, all admins have the ability to edit/delete any file that has been uploaded to a user’s profile.
