This article will show you how to enable the Member Birthday Notification text. If enabled, this will automatically send a text to your members on their birthday as long as they have their birth date saved in their profile. 

1. To begin, go to Communicate >> Automate Emails/Texts >> then scroll down to the General / Sales section and select the Member Birthday Notification Text. 
   
   
   

2. Next, select “yes” to enable the automation. You also have the option to choose to send this text to Current Members, or Current and Past Members. User who have never had an active membership will be excluded from receiving this automation. 
   

3. You also have the option to customize the message itself by clicking into the Text Message Content box. 
   

4. Once you’ve enabled the automation and completed any edits as needed, click Save to complete the process. This automated text will then be sent out at 8am local time on the day of their birthday!
