This article will show you how to access and navigate a user’s membership pass usage, which can be done through the individual user’s profile, or through the class registration list. We’ll start with accessing this through the user’s profile.
To begin, go to People (CRM)>>ViewEveryone>> then search for and select the applicable user.
From their profile, click on the Memberships tab >> then click the Pass Uses sub tab.
You will then be provided with a complete history of all pass uses for that member.
ID#: each pass usage is assigned its own unique ID, which can be viewed in this column. You can click this to view the full details of what this pass was used for.
Time: the day and time the pass was used to sign up for a class, or perform a general check-in.
Type: shows if the pass was used for a class, or general check-in.
Name: shows the name of the class, or the method used for general check-in.
Description Snapshot: details of the class they used the pass for; this will be blank for general check-ins.
MembershipID: shows the associated membership the pass was used from; you can click on this for more membership details.
As previously mentioned, you can also view pass usage through the class registration list.
To begin, go to Schedule >> Schedule Classes >> click on the applicable class from the schedule >> then select View/Manage Registrants.
You’ll then be taken to the class details, from which you’ll navigate to the Attendees section to view the registrants.
The Membership ID column will show what membership the user used to register for the class. If there’s a pass icon next to the ID, this indicates that it’s a pass-based membership, which you can hover over to view the pass use ID. You can also click on this for more information.
