This article will show you to navigate the Membership - At Risk Members report. Before we begin, an “at risk” member is one who has not checked into your gym within a set amount of days. This includes class checkins, as well as general checkins.
To begin, go to Reports >> Membership >> At Risk Members.
You’ll then initially be provided with a snapshot of the members who have not had attended your gym within the last 7 days, which is the default time frame. You can change the amount of days from the “Days without checkin” drop down.
Please note that the at risk users will be listed in chronological order based on the Last Attendance/GC column, with most recent at risk at the top.
Lastly, there are 2 automations available specifically for at risk members, one that will notify your Hive admin email and one that will go out to the at risk member themselves. As a reminder, you can access automations by going to Communicate >> Automate Emails/Texts >> and they’re the bottom 2 of the Membership section (Admin Alert Members At Risk and Member Alert At Risk).
We hope this helps, but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any additional questions you may have.
