Membership Report: Deviations

Membership Report: Deviations

This article will show you how to navigate the Membership Deviation Report in your Hive. To provide you with a quick explanation, a membership deviation is any aspect of a user’s membership that deviates from its default membership setting. For example, if a default membership rate is $99 per month, but you manually override this rate to $75 for a family member, that would constitute as a membership deviation. Additionally, only admins have the ability to override default membership settings.

  1. To get started, go to Reports >> Membership >> Deviation

  1. From here, you’ll be provided with a master view of all active memberships with deviations.

  1. You can also use the filter at the top to narrow it down by Membership Type

  1. If you’d like to see exactly what has deviated from the default membership settings for a user, simply click on their name to open up their membership, then the deviations will be highlighted in the membership details.
