Membership Report: On Hold

Membership Report: On Hold

This article will show you how to access the On Hold Memberships report. Memberships can manually be placed on hold by an admin, or automatically due to failed/missed payments.

  1. To begin, go to Reports >> Membership >> On Hold

  1. You’ll then be provided with a snapshot of all memberships that are currently on hold.

  1. You can use the filter at the top to search by Hold type, such as AllFailed/Missed PaymentPlanned Absence/Allowed Hold, and Other

  1. You can also use the filter under the Membership list at the bottom to sort by Oldest on hold, or next to come off of hold.

  1. If you’d like to view additional info as to why a member is on hold simply click on their name, which will open up their membership and provide you with the reason/notes (if added).

  1. Lastly, you’ll have the option to automatically retry a failed payment by clicking on the icon next to theHold Start date. Please note that the retry option is only available for 1 missed billing cycle. If the membership has been on hold for longer than that then it will need to be reactivated through the member’s profile.

We hope this helps, but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any additional questions you may have.
