Membership Report: Outstanding/Violation Contracts

Membership Report: Outstanding/Violation Contracts

This article will show you how to access the
Outstanding/Violation Contracts report. This report will provide you with a list of the membership contracts that have not been signed or are in violation of their contracts terms. The main causes of outstanding/violated contracts are when they’re not signed by the member, or if their membership payment fails and causes the membership to be deactivated.

  1. To begin, go to Reports >> Membership >> Outstanding Violation Contracts

  1. You will then be provided with a master view of any membership contract that is outstanding or in violation of its terms.

  1. From here, if you can click on a user you'll be able to view what is outstanding or in violation of the contract terms, which will be highlighted in yellow or red. This includes memberships that have ended without their corresponding contract being signed prior to it ending. For example, if a contracts states the membership is set to end on 9/1/22, but it ended prior to that date, it would be in violation of the contract terms.
