Membership Report: Revenue



This article will show you how to navigate the Revenue portion of the Membership report from your Admin Dashboard. Please note that this report will only show you the revenue generated from membership sales and excludes class payments, POS/Addons purchases, and Misc Manual Payments. 

  1. To begin, go to Reports >> Membership >> Revenue.


  1. By default, you’ll then be provided with a snapshot of the revenue generated from your memberships in the last 30 days. 


  1. You can use the filters at the top to sort by Membership Typepre-set date ranges, or custom date ranges. 


  1. The Daily Membership Revenue Over Time graph will show you the total amount of daily revenue generated from memberships, which you can view by hovering over a day that membership payments were processed. 


  1. Lastly, the sections at the bottom will show you theMost Used Typeof membership, as well as theMost Revenue Type, which are the membership types that generated the most revenue in the selected time frame. If you click a membership type from either section, a pop-up will appear with the details of who purchased it, when it was purchased, and for how much.
