This article will show you how to navigate the Schedule Overview.
To begin, go to Schedule >> View Overview. The calendar on this page will provide you with a complete overview of all Classes and Appointments you currently have scheduled in your Hive.
You can use the options to the top right of the calendar to view by Month, Week, Day, Instructor, or List. You can also click directly on the date to view that specific day.
If you’d like to view, edit, or manage registrants for an event, simply click to select it, then select which action you’d like to perform from the pop-up.
Please note that you cannot add events from the overview page. Classes and Appointments can only be added to their respective schedules, which is why we added shortcuts to both to the schedule overview.
Lastly, there’s a key at the bottom of the schedule you can reference to understand the status of each event.
We hope this helps, but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any additional questions you may have.
