Setting Up Time Blocks with Multiple Appointments

Setting Up Time Blocks with Multiple Appointments

This article will show you how to add multiple appointments within a time block in your schedule.

  1. To begin, go to Schedule >> Manage Appointments. You’ll then be provided with a calendar view of your appointment schedule.

  1. To add a block of appointments, simply click on the start time and drag to the end time on the day you want to add the appointments. For example, if you want to add appointments from 8am-12pm, you would click on 8am and drag to 12pm.

  1. You’ll then be prompted to select the appointment type you’d like to add to your schedule, which you’ll select from the Type dropdown.

  1. After the appointment type has been selected, check the box to Fill Selected Block With Multiple Times

  1. Next, select how long you’d like each appointment time to be in the Duration/length field, as well as whether or not you’d like to add a buffer between each one. Buffers are essentially breaks between the end of the previous appointment and the start of the next. For example, if you need 15 min in between appointments to prepare for the next, you would set the buffer to 15 min.

  1. Next, select Calculate, which will generate the number of appointment times that will be added within the selected time block. If needed, you can make any changes to the class duration or buffer. If everything looks correct, select Create X times w/defaults to add the appointments to your schedule to complete the process.
