Now that you’ve enabled your attendance history settings, let’s go over how your users can navigate to this through their online profile.
  1. To begin, navigate to the frontend view of your Hive, which you can do by clicking on the silhouette icon to the upper right corner of your dashboard>> then click on Frontend. This will take you to the profile view that your users will see when they log into their account.

  1. From here, click on Records from the account menu>> then you’ll see the options for Class History and AttendanceAs a reminder, please note that the Class History Records and General Attendance Records settings from above must be enabled for them to appear in the user’s online profile.

  1. Users can then click on either option to view their respective records. By default, the report will show the history for the current calendar year, but users can use the filter to search by previous years as well.

  1. If you enabled the Class History Record Export and General Attendance Record Export settings that were outlined above, users will also have the option to export these from their online profile, which they’ll do by clicking on the Export button.
