This article will show you how to remove a user’s credit/debit card from their profile. For users who pay for their membership with a credit card, please note that removing the card from their profile will prevent any active membership from renewing if a new card is not added by their next renewal date.
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> then search for and select the user profile that you’ll be removing the credit card from.

From the user’s profile, scroll down to the Payment Methods section and click Remove underneath the Card on File details.

You’ll be prompted to confirm that you’d like to proceed with the credit card removal, which you’ll do by checking the box next toI understand, remove this payment method, then click Submit to complete the process.

Once a credit card has been removed from a user’s profile a new one can be added at any time.
