User Selected Bulk Text
This article will show you how to send a bulk text with the user selection tool in your People (CRM). Please note that is slightly different than the standard mass text option by giving you the ability to select a specific group of users from your People (CRM) as needed.
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone.
To select the users you’d like to text, click Filters, then make your selections from the available filtering options and run the search.
After you have run your search, you’ll have 3 user selection options to select which users from your search you’d like to text.
The first option is to select the users individually, which you can do by simply checking the box next to their name.
The second option is to select all users on a page, which you can do by checking the box next to the Name column at the top of the list.
The third option is to select all users from the search, which you can do by clicking on the number next to Users Found.
Once you have made your user selections, click on the Text icon from the menu at the top of the page and confirm the amount of users selected.
You’ll then be redirected to the Mass Text section of your Hive. You’ll notice that the User Selection option will automatically be checked for the recipient option. Select Continue to proceed, then set up the text just as you normally would.
