Waivers - Class Restriction

Your Hive has the ability to prevent members with unsigned waivers from registering and/or checking into a class. Please note that waiver(s) must be set as required in its default settings. To access these settings: 
  1. Go to Settings >> General Settings >> then scroll down to the Class Schedule Settings section.


  2. The first waiver setting is Prevent Registration w/ Outstanding Required Waivers, which will prevent users from being able to register for a class if they have not signed a required waiver. To enable, check Yes.


  3. The second waiver setting is Prevent Checkin w/ Outstanding Required Waivers, which will prevent users from being able to check into a class they have been registered to if they have not signed a required waiver. To enable, check Yes. 


  4. Make sure to Save your change(s), then you're all set. 

  5. Users with unsigned required waivers will be shown a prompt that they're unable to signup/check-in to a class accordingly.
