Batch Fitness Checkins

Batch Fitness Checkins

This article will show you how to bulk/batch update Fitness Check-ins for specific groups of users at once. Please note that Fitness Check-ins are a separate tool that are not associated with class/gym attendance, which you can learn more about HERE

  1. To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone

  1. Next, tag the users whose fitness checkin you’ll be batch updating. Please note that users must have an active membership and at least 1 tag assigned to them for the batch fitness check-in tool to work.

  1. Next, click on the Bulk icon towards the top right corner and select Fitness Checkin Set from the dropdown.

  1. On the next page, you’ll have the option to choose if you’re setting or clearing a checkin from the selected group of users.

  1. Next, select a member with the active checkin form that you’d like to copy and add to the selected group of users.

  1. You’ll then need to select the tag(s) that is assigned to the users you’re setting up the checkin for. We strongly recommend setting up and assigning these tags to the users prior to executing the bulk update.

  1. Once you’ve made your selections, click on Execute, then click Yes to confirm that you’d like to proceed. A green success message will then appear to confirm that the fitness checkins have been added successfully.

We hope this helps, but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any questions you may have.
