How to Set Up Your Class Schedule

How to Set Up Your Class Schedule

This article will show you how to add classes to your schedule. Please note that there are numerous ways to do this, but we’ll start with the steps to add a single class. Before we begin, you’ll want to make sure that you’ve set up the class prior to adding it to your schedule, which you can learn more about HERE

  1. To begin, go to Schedule >> Schedule Classes

  1. The next page will provide you with a snapshot of your class schedule, which by default will initially show you the current week. There are additional options in the upper right corner to view by MonthWeekDayInstructor, or List

  1. There is also a shortcut available to set the Book Ahead Days as desired, which is how far ahead you’d like your users to be able to sign up for classes.

  1. To add a class to the schedule, simply click and drag on the time/day you’d like to add a class to. For example, if you’re wanting to add a class from 7am-8am you would click on 7am and drag the cursor to 8am on the day you want to add it to.

  1. A pop-up will then appear for you to select which class you’d like to add, which you can select from the drop-down.

  1. Once you have selected a class, its default setting will populate. If you don’t need to make any changes to the class settings, simply select Create 1 time(s) w/defaults and it will be added to your schedule as is.

  1. If you need to make any changes to the class settings, click Customize, then you’ll have the option to make your changes as needed. Please note that any change made when adding a class to the schedule will only apply to that individual class. Once you’re finished making your changes, select Save and the class will be added to your schedule.

  1. You can also add an individual class to your schedule by clicking on Add Event in the upper left corner. This view will give you the option to select the start time and class duration as desired instead of dragging and dropping from above.

  1. Once the class has been added to your schedule, users will be able to sign up for them through the Schedule page on your website, or through the Schedule section of your app (if applicable).

The next option to add classes to your schedule is to set them up to be recurring, which you can learn more about
