This article will explain the setup process for enabling ACH Payments in your Hive. Please note that before this can be done that you must first enable the ACH settings in your Stripe account, which you can learn how to do HERE. Additionally, ACH is currently only available for our customers in the US. 
 

After you have enabled ACH in your Stripe account please send an email to success@myfithive.com to confirm, after which a FitHive team member will complete ACH the activation in your Hive. This is a function that can only be completed by a FitHive team member so you'll want to make sure you don't forget to email our success team to complete the setup process. We will then send you confirmation that ACH has been enabled in your Hive. 
 

Another thing to note, if you choose to enable ACH it's important that you remain PCI compliant to avoid any risk of penalty to you and your business. You must acquire customer (member) authorization and store it according to NACHA and Stripe rules, which you can learn more about HERE.
