This article will show you how to manually notate a user profile in your Hive, which is a great way for you and your team to stay on the same page when managing users/members. Please note that all basic contact form submissions, user text messaging consents, and Open Account Registrations will automatically be saved as a note in the corresponding user’s profile as well, which we’ll dive into more.
To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> then search for and select the user who’s profile you’d like to notate.
Once you’re in their profile, click on the Notes tab.
You’ll then be able to view all notes that have been recorded for the user, as well as who recorded them.
As mentioned above, all basic contact form submissions, user text messaging consents, and Open Account Registrations will also be recorded as a note in the user profile.
Notes generated from basic contact form submissions will always include Name, Email, and Phone (if required) and will show that it was created by the system.
Notes generated from the user text messaging consent, which is when a user consents/declines to receive text messages, will provide a snapshot of their consent information.
Open Account Registrations are when users register for a profile themselves, which must be enabled in your Hive for it to be publicly available (learn more HERE). The notes generated for this in the user’s profile is simply for you to know exactly where the user came from.
To manually submit a note, click Add Note >> then add your text to the blank box. You also have the option to upload files to the note, which you can do by clicking Choose File, then select the applicable file from your device.
Once you have finished adding your desired information to the note, click Save Note to complete the process.
Lastly, you have the options to Edit, Archive, and Delete any note as desired.
Please note that if you archive a note, you can click on it to restore it at any time.
We hope this helps, but as always, please feel free to reach out tosuccess@myfithive.comwith any additional questions you may have.
