Single Use Appointment Links
This article will show you how to set up single-use appointment links, which will expire once they have been used to book an appointment. Please note that you must first set up the appointment type, as well as add availability for it on your appointment calendar, for the appointment links to be available.
- To begin, go to Settings >> Appointment Types, which will show you each appointment type currently set up in your Hive.
- To generate an appointment link, click on the link icon to the right of the applicable appointment type >> click Add Link >> then Create.
- You can then right click on the link to copy it, then paste it as needed (email, text, etc). As a reminder, since appointment links expire after a single use you'll want to make sure to send them to an individual user vs making it publicly available.
