This article will show you how to enable the Community Wall in your Hive. Before we begin, the Community Wall is essentially a feed that you, your instructors, and members can post comments to, which was created to help increase gym engagement.
To begin, go to Settings >> General Settings.
Next, scroll down to the Community Wall section at the bottom at check Yes for “Enable community wall”>> then make sure to save your changes.
Once this has been enabled, a new “Community” section will automatically be added to the user dashboard menu. Users can click here to view and post on the community wall.
If you’d like to add the Community Wall to your mobile app, you can do so by going to Settings >> Mobile App >> then select Community from the dropdown in the section you’d like to add it to. You can add this to Bottom Navigation, Dashboard Menu, or Additional Menu.
Lastly, admins have the option to view and manage posts by going to People (CRM) >> Manage Community Wall.
We hope this helps but please feel free to reach out to success@myfithive.com with any questions you may have.
