Performing a Search in People (CRM): View Everyone


This article will show you how to Navigate the Filters in your People (CRM)We strongly suggest familiarizing yourself with the Filters in your CRM since it’s a convenient way to quickly locate specific users.

  1. To begin, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Filter


  1. Next, select any field(s) you want to filter your search by, which can include multiple selections.


  1. When you have finished making your selections, click Run Filter to view the results of your search. There are additional bulk actions you can take after you have completed your search, such as: 

    1. Add to Drip

    2. Export Users

    3. Add/Remove Tag(s)

    4. Mass Text

    5. Mass Delete Users


  2. You also have the option to save any search you run for future use, which you can share with other admins as well. Saved searches will automatically apply the filters that were initially selected the first time you ran it, which can save time since you don't have to reselect them again the next time you want to run the same search. 

    To save a search for future use, perform a search by following steps 1 and 2 from above >> click Save Filter >> then fill in the required fields. If you want to share the search with other admins, make sure to check the box next "Share with other admins". 



    You can then access saved searches by clicking on the Saved Searches icon from the operations menu, then select the search that you'd like to execute.
